Engaging and inclusive digital experiences using design for good.
Hi, I’m Annie — a product design graduate from Monash University, currently working as a designer at an accessibility agency.
My design approach is shaped by my professional experience in education and tertiary background in visual arts and applied linguistics.

Nice Choice!
Making everyday sustainability easier
I designed, tested and delivered a mobile application for university students aged 18–30 that reduces the time and effort involved in making sustainable daily consumer choices.
This was a university capstone project involving end-to-end product design from concept to delivery.

Story Dogs
Non-for-profit website update
I rebranded the non-for-profit, Story Dogs and redesigned their website, targeting major structural and usability issues. This upgraded the look and feel of the site, improved user confidence in the donation process, and removed usability problems that, in particular, impacted donation pathways.
This was a university project within my UX Design specialisation with Jon-Erik Andreassen.

Developing a design system
I analysed existing design systems and applied Atomic Design principles to create a new design system. I documented this design system and applied its rules to wireframes I’d created for a blog and online shop.

I love crafting delightful, interactive experiences that are functional, beautiful and add positivity to the world.
Empathy for users and understanding their unique experiences is a key part of this process. Using these insights to find creative solutions that address client and user needs is a rewarding part of design.
I’m curious, data-driven and obsessed with learning.
When I’m not designing, I love painting, crafting, sailing, and learning languages.
Human centred design and creative problem solving is at the core of my design philosophy.
